Mr. Kip McLeod
South Regional Liaison

Kip McLeod is currently in his 28th year of serving in education. He has worked in a middle school for 17 years, in a high school for 5 years, and on the college level for 5 years. He served as an Assistant Principal in a middle school and a high school AP. He was selected as the “first ever” principal of the Freshman Academy at his high school.

In 2005, only one day before the teachers arrived for pre-planning, he began as the principal of Hahira Middle School. He is now in his fifth year as principal at HMS, a new 2009 Georgia Lighthouse School to Watch.
